Refund Policy

At BUSINESSAIRTEL, we strive to provide exceptional IT support, computer repair, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services. We believe in transparency and want to ensure our clients have a clear understanding of our financial policies.

Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing our services or entering into an AMC agreement.

1. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)

AMCs are annual commitments designed to provide ongoing, proactive support for your IT infrastructure.

  • Cancellation within 15 Days: If you are not satisfied with our AMC services, you may cancel your contract within the first [15] days of the agreement. We will issue a refund for the AMC fee, minus the cost of any actual service visits, diagnostics, or repairs performed during those [15] days at our standard hourly rate.

  • Cancellation after 15 Days: After the initial [15]-day period, AMC fees are non-refundable. If you choose to terminate your contract early, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining months.

  • Termination by BUSINESSAIRTEL: If we must terminate your AMC due to a breach of contract (e.g., unauthorized tampering with hardware, abusive behavior toward our staff), no refund will be provided.

2. One-Time Computer Repairs and Services

For clients who hire us for single repair jobs outside of an AMC:

  • Service and Labor Fees: Once a repair or diagnostic service has been successfully completed, labor and service fees are non-refundable.

  • "No Fix, No Fee" Policy (Optional - Delete if you don't offer this): If our technicians are completely unable to resolve your computer issue or provide a viable solution, we will not charge you for the labor. However, base diagnostic fees of ₹500 may still apply.

  • Service Guarantee: We stand by our work. If you experience the exact same technical issue within [7 or 14] days of a repair, we will re-examine and fix the issue at no additional labor cost. This does not cover new issues, viruses contracted after the repair, or physical damage caused by the user.

3. Hardware, Software, and Spare Parts

During repairs or upgrades, we may supply hardware components (RAM, hard drives, motherboards) or software licenses.

  • Hardware: Once installed, hardware components are non-refundable. If a component we installed is defective, it will be replaced in accordance with the original manufacturer's warranty.

  • Software: Due to licensing restrictions, software purchases, antivirus subscriptions, and operating system installations are strictly non-refundable once the license key has been activated.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation of your AMC or a refund for a specific service, please submit your request in writing.

  1. Email: Send an email to contact@businessairtel.shop with the subject line "Cancellation/Refund Request

  2. Details: Include your contract number or invoice number, the date of service, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund or cancellation.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within [7 to 10] business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
